About the role: The Baby Steps Live-in Support lives in community with the women who Baby Steps serves. She fosters an environment of encouragement, accountability, and hope, advocating for their best interest, and entering into authentic friendship.
Qualifications of a Live-in Support:
Between the ages of 21 and 30
Able to commit at least 1 year of service to the mission of Baby Steps while living in community with student moms, their babies, and another Live-in Support
Experience or great interest in nonprofit organizations and all that goes into building an organization from the ground up
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
Ability to enter into dialogue about the realities of unplanned pregnancies on college campuses
Willingness to fundraise salary with professional training
Fully committed to Baby Steps' values of authentic love and excellence
